well, let's see how good the "tech support" is...:o especially since i'm really a newbie when it comes to computer viruses, etc.
soooo.....i have had the good fortune in the past to be very lucky with avoding computer viruses and pretty lucky avoding spyware. however my PC has been bit once earlier in the fall with a computer virus that ended with me formating windows (it seemed to work).
well, now it's back! :( i started getting some XXX pop-ups (none of them were even desent!! ). i ran Norton Anti-virus and it found a couple things and removed one and quartined the other. since then i haven't had any more pop-ups but IE will not go to my home page. instead, it keeps redirecting me here...

and says that i've been infected with "W32.Sinnaka.A@mm" though after a virus defenation update and another full scan, Norton said I'm clean. does anyone have any ideas? the two items in my Quaratine and Restore folder are..."Trojan.Zlob.D" and "Trojan.Spaxe" what should i do with these things now??
btw- Netscape seems to work fine. Go figure, though I have severly update it. <eek!>
