Landscaping Warbirds Style

I was wondering if it is possible for a player to build a terrain and submit it for review and approval. This of course to be done on my own time and at no cost to IEN. I just wanted to give it a whirl.

If this is possible...what do you need to do it?

Sub...Im speaking totally from a PDC standpoint, if you want to, submit an app for the PDC and put down this is what you would like to do.

Thanks Samart..I remember building levels for Duke Nukem (Oh what a game) and since my job revolves around Maps and Charts.....seems like something that would interest me.

Is there software that people use for this?

To tell you the truth, I am not really sure. Steve was always the one who started the terrains. I was just the building maker :) hehehehhehe
