I didn't find any description of how the tests were conducted on the kurfurst site. Is this sustained flat turn rate? Is it one turn done at max rate while descending?
If it describes a flat turn, then the stated numbers seem a bit optimistic given the data available elsewhere. In fact, these are better numbers than those found for the spitfire and hurricane in British testing. That's especially since other German documents on the site conclude that even the early 2 speed propeller versions of the spit and hurricane both easily outturn the ME109.
